About Cradle to Calm
Hi, I’m Hollie – a qualified paediatric sleep practitioner and proud mum of three, with over two decades of hands-on parenting experience. My eldest is 21, and my youngest is just 3 and a half, so I truly understand the evolving sleep challenges families face — from newborn nights to toddler transitions and everything in between.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many families to improve their little ones’ sleep using gentle, science-backed methods that prioritise both the child’s wellbeing and the family’s unique needs. My approach is always tailored, respectful, and rooted in evidence — no one-size-fits-all routines or harsh techniques here.
